Note that the official Flight Simulator X (FSX) Web site does not appear to have offered the differences between FSX Deluxe highlight previously published and recently FSX Gold (unfortunately I bought the Deluxe Edition) shortly before de Oro left.
What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe and Gold Edition is the following quote from Wikipedia:
"Flight Simulator X was released in two versions, standard and deluxe. Deluxe Edition includes additional features such as CD Software Development Kit (SDK), three airplanes with cockpit Garmin G1000 and the player controls the air.
